Who we are: A non-profit, community-based ALS ambulance service. We provide primary 911 coverage to a diverse population spanning 185 square miles in the upper portion of Bucks County, PA. We operate out of two stations, each staffed with an ALS ambulance responding to approximately 1500 calls annually. Our providers are exceptional, being recognized by the American Heart Association’s Mission: Lifeline at the highest Gold Plus level, and by PEHSC at the Pediatrics Expert level.

What we offer: We offer a progressive work environment with updated equipment including video laryngoscopes and Lucas devices on each primary ambulance with day and evening ALS unit shifts, or overnight paramedic responder shifts available. We offer competitive pay rates with EMTs starting at $19.10/hr. and Paramedics at $29.30/hr. PLUS an additional $3/hr. weekend shift differential. There are rate bonuses available for AEMTs and PHRNs. Additionally, employees enjoy a uniform allowance, free training opportunities, and an employer sponsored IRA retirement plan. Full-time employees also benefit from PTO accruals and the availability of a comprehensive health insurance plan. Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Current PA EMT or Paramedic Certification
- Current Driver’s License, EVOC
- BLS/CPR
- ACLS & PALS for Paramedics and AEMT
- NIMS ICS-100, 200, 700 and 800
- Current Clearances: PA Childline, FBI Fingerprinting, PSP Background Check
- Current Medical Command
- Minimum 2-years active 9-1-1 experience
